Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day human resources operations, including supporting recruitment processes and onboarding new team members
- Maintain accurate HR records

- Handle employee relations matters
- Coordinate performance management activities such as evaluations and development plans

Requirements
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience managing day to day HR operations
- Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, communication, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture
- Experience with Performance Management, such as setting objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting employee growth and development
- Knowledge of HR Policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in a construction or engineering environment is an advantage
- Relevant HR certifications are a plus

Role Description
- This part time hybrid HR Manager role at Ramery Bâtiment Caen is based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The HR Manager will oversee day to day human resources operations, including supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate HR records.
