This part time hybrid HR Manager role at Ramery Bâtiment Caen is based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
The HR Manager will oversee day to day human resources operations, including supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate HR records.
The role involves advising managers and employees on HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and coordinating performance management activities such as evaluations and development plans.
The HR Manager will help ensure compliance with local labor regulations, support training and development initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.
Collaboration with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive, inclusive work environment is a key component of this position.

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience managing day to day HR operations.
Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, communication, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Experience with Performance Management, such as setting objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting employee growth and development.
Knowledge of HR Policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software; experience in a construction or engineering environment is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
