Role Description

  • This part time hybrid HR Manager role at Ramery Bâtiment Caen is based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
  • The HR Manager will oversee day to day human resources operations, including supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • The role involves advising managers and employees on HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and coordinating performance management activities such as evaluations and development plans.
  • The HR Manager will help ensure compliance with local labor regulations, support training and development initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.
  • Collaboration with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive, inclusive work environment is a key component of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience managing day to day HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, communication, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Experience with Performance Management, such as setting objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting employee growth and development.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software; experience in a construction or engineering environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
