We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, lead talent acquisition, manage employee relations, and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate learning and development programs to support employee growth
- Manage compensation, benefits, and HR administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance (highly desirable)
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, PHR, or SPHR (advantage)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision making skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

About the Role
