Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, internal memos, and other employment related documents.
  • Manage employee attendance, annual leave, sick leave, probation periods, and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate employee visa, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and other employment related processes together with the relevant departments and external providers.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Support management in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide professional HR support to staff.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor probation periods and coordinate employee performance reviews.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate information on attendance, leave, salary changes, and other employee related data.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR role in the UAE is required.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labour law and local employment practices.
  • Experience with recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR related systems.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Knowledge of Russian will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience in the education sector, university, college, or international organisation will be considered an advantage.
