- Support Saudization (Nitaqat) and workforce planning initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector
- Prior HR experience in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
