Reports to:** Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are a growing company in Riyadh with 50+ employees, looking for an experienced HR Manager to build our Human Resources function from the ground up.

You will design our organizational systems, lead talent acquisition, improve workforce efficiency, and advise the CEO on employee structure and reshuffles.

This is not an administrative HR role.

We need a builder — someone who can create policies, performance systems, and a disciplined culture.

✅ What You Will Do

  • Design and maintain the company's organizational structure and reporting lines.
  • Analyze current workforce and recommend employee reshuffles to improve efficiency.
  • Build and execute a recruitment strategy — source and hire top talent for all departments.
  • Create the Employee Handbook, company policies, and code of conduct.
  • Implement a performance management system (goal setting, reviews, feedback).
  • Establish a reporting and accountability system across all departments.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Advise the CEO on compensation, retention, and organizational changes.
  • Manage and develop one direct report (HR Operations & Government Relations Officer).

✅ What We Are Looking For

  • Requirement \| Must-Have
  • **Experience:** 5–7 years in HR, with at least 2–3 years as HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in HR or Business; Master's or CIPD/CIPM preferred
  • **Saudi Labor Law:** Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem
  • **Languages:** Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • **Certifications:** SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD Level 5+, or PHR strongly preferred
  • **Key Trait:** Builder mentality — comfortable creating systems from scratch
