Delta is a global provider of power electronics, thermal management, automation, infrastructure, energy, and display solutions.

The company serves customers through sales offices, research and development centers, and manufacturing facilities across multiple continents.

This is a standalone senior HR role responsible for all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories.

The role serves as the primary HR point of contact for the business.

Develop and implement HR strategy and plans aligned with the company’s business direction.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Manage employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.

At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR experience within the GCC region.
Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and local regulation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Current UAE residence, valid work authorization, and strong local HR market knowledge are preferred.
Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
