Role Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for daily HR operations, legal compliance, employee relations, recruitment support, payroll coordination, and HR records.
The role requires knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Employee Records and HR Systems
- Maintain and update employee records and personal files accurately.
- Manage and update HR management software such as MenaITech, SAP, or similar systems.
- Prepare and track employee contracts, renewals, and end-of-service settlements.
Payroll and Benefits
- Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing.
- Assist with calculating monthly salaries and coordinate with the finance or payroll department.
- Support compensation, benefits, and employee deduction administration.
Employee Relations and Communication
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and disciplinary actions in coordination with management.
- Support grievance handling, counseling, and documentation of incidents.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Handle onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Ensure all new-hire documentation is complete and compliant.
Compliance, Policies, and Projects
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR decisions.
- Prepare reports on turnover, attendance, and leave balances.
- Support annual performance reviews and training coordination.
- Participate in internal audits and other HR projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software such as MenaITech, Oracle, or SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Bilingual English and Arabic ability is a plus.
- Healthcare or service industry experience is an advantage.
Pay and Employment
- The source lists pay of QAR 3,000 to QAR 6,000 per month.
