Role Overview
Lead the HR team supporting employees across the Middle East.
Serve as a strategic business partner to business and functional leaders.
Develop people strategies covering organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
Lead regional and global HR initiatives and support organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate between Corporate HR and client groups to improve communication, trust, and problem solving.
- Implement Corporate HR programs and processes within the region.
- Ensure country HR processes operate effectively and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead process re-engineering, employee development, workflow efficiency, and organizational design initiatives.
- Develop change management and communication plans for people-related changes.
- Advise on sensitive employee matters while managing employment risk and aligning actions with company values.
- Coach managers on engagement, performance, career development, talent assessment, and retention.
- Lead and develop a high-performing local and regional HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Typically 10 or more years of experience across multiple HR functions.
- At least 5 years of experience managing HR staff.
- Relevant international country HR experience, preferably within the Middle East.
- Experience developing change management plans, business cases, leadership presentations, and process improvements.
- Strong relationship, influence, conflict management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environments, changing priorities, and time pressures.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of compensation, global mobility, generalist HR, and HR standards.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, ordinances, and policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
