Lead HR support for employees across the Middle East and serve as a strategic business partner to regional and functional leaders.
Develop people strategies supporting organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and performance.
Regional HR leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional HR team.
- Partner with Corporate HR and client groups to build communication, trust, and effective problem solving.
- Implement Corporate HR programs and processes across the region.
HR strategy and operations
- Align country HR processes with Corporate HR requirements and applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Translate business projects and initiatives into people priorities, HR solutions, and action plans.
- Lead process re-engineering, workflow efficiency, employee development, and organizational design initiatives.
Employee and change management
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations, engagement, performance, career development, talent, and retention matters.
- Develop or support change management and communication plans while managing risk.
- Identify employee experience improvements and implement solutions with stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Typically 10 or more years of experience across multiple HR functions and at least 5 years managing HR staff.
- Relevant international country HR experience, preferably within the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, standards, applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, relationship, influence, coaching, and conflict management skills.
Preferred qualification
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations, including offshore and manufacturing locations, is preferred.
