Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site HR Manager role based in Jeddah.
  • The HR Manager will oversee end to end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for office and project based teams.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with local labor laws, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
  • The HR Manager will manage compensation and benefits administration, maintain accurate HR records, and support training, development, and succession planning.
  • The role also involves advising leadership on workforce planning, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and coordinating with project managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR management or a similar role, preferably within engineering, construction, or consulting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, and ability to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to support training, development, and talent management initiatives, including identifying skill gaps and coordinating learning programs.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), HR analytics, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for communication with stakeholders and authorities.
