The employer is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The position is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all human resources operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Manage employee relations and labor-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government HR platforms.
- Prepare and monitor HR KPIs, reports, and budgets.
- Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, and workforce plans.
- Support senior management with HR-related decisions and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of HR experience, including experience in a leadership role.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

- The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
