Strategic Hr Leadership
- Prepare annual HR budgets and develop short- and long-term HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with CEO, COO, and Deputy CEO on manpower planning and cost optimization.
- Oversee the complete HR & Administration functions across office, site, and factory.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for façade division including staff and site workforce.
- Lead and coordinate interview panels for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand façade construction requirements and ensure hiring of suitable candidates.
- Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and talent pipelines.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Hr Operations & Administration
- Propose and implement organizational restructuring as per business requirements.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Introduce and standardize HR/Admin forms, processes, and documentation.
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and training initiatives.
- Oversee compensation & benefits and overall administrative operations.
- Recommend promotions and salary increments for management approval.
Employee Relations & Welfare
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee employee welfare including health insurance, emergency support, and worker well-being.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies across all operations.
