Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, attendance, leave records, and HR files
- Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
- Assist in employee performance management and probation reviews
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support management with HR planning and administrative tasks
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in an immigration consultancy (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

HR Manager– Immigration Consultancy
- Swift Consultancy LLC is a growing immigration consultancy specializing in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and European immigration programs.
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with a background in the immigration consultancy industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
