Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
- Resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially
- Coordinate probation and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Prepare monthly HR reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5+ years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor Law
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong recruitment, multitasking, and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
