Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts across design, project management, operations, and corporate functions
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution processes
- Oversee performance management programs, employee evaluations, and development initiatives
- Administer compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention strategies
- Coordinate employee training, leadership development, and professional growth programs
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and workforce reporting
- Advise managers and executives on HR matters and organizational effectiveness
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture initiatives
- Assist with workplace health, safety, and risk management programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, CHRP, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience supporting workforce growth and organizational development initiatives

Position Overview
- The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, training and development, and regulatory compliance.
