Role Overview
InvestOnline.in is seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage core HR operations, policy formulation, talent acquisition, and performance management in a BFSI environment.
The role supports a compliant, high-performance work culture through HR policies, specialized recruitment, performance reviews, and yearly appraisals.
HR Policy and Governance
- Draft, implement, and review HR policies, employee handbooks, and operational SOPs aligned with BFSI standards and employment laws.
- Evaluate HR frameworks for compliance gaps and execute policy updates.
- Communicate HR policies and guide employees and managers on compliance and interpretation.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles in sales, operations, wealth management, compliance, and risk.
- Draft job listings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage background verification.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
Performance Management
- Manage periodic performance review cycles across departments.
