المهام والمسؤوليات

- متابعة حضور الموظفين، الإجازات، والانضباط.
- تنظيم الدورات التدريبية وبرامج تطوير الموظفين.
- متابعة شكاوى الموظفين وضمان بيئة عمل إيجابية.
- التأكد من الالتزام بقوانين العمل المحلية.
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في إدارة الموارد البشرية (في مجال الصالونات فقط).
- إلمام جيد بأنظمة العمل والتأمينات.
- مهارات تواصل عالية وحل المشكلات.
- إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر (Excel، أنظمة HR).
