Role Overview
Masterpiece Property is seeking an experienced, people-focused, and strategic HR Manager for its growing real estate team.
The role combines operational HR leadership with organizational development and strategic human resources initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, leave management, and HR administration.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support workforce planning, learning and development, and talent management.
- Partner with management on organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Strategic Human Resource Management and modern HR practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, people-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
- Real estate brokerage experience is preferred.
- CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent HR certification is advantageous.
