Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group-wide HR strategy, governance, and HR operations.
- Manage HR across multiple entities, sectors, and jurisdictions.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.
- Lead Emiratisation and other GCC nationalisation programmes.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS, labour laws, visa, and immigration requirements.
- Manage large blue-collar workforces, accommodation, mobilisation, and employee welfare.
- Oversee performance management, compensation, succession planning, and talent development.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and HR governance.
- Lead HRIS implementation and HR process automation.
- Provide strategic HR reporting and people insights to the Board.
Candidate Requirements
- Employee strength should be a minimum of 2,000.
- Strong experience within a diversified group, conglomerate, or family holding company.
- Strong GCC experience with hands-on knowledge of Emiratisation, MOHRE, WPS, visa and immigration, and labour disputes.
- Experience managing large blue-collar workforces and worker welfare.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law and at least one European jurisdiction, including TUPE and GDPR.
- Experience implementing HRIS and developing HR policies and processes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
