Role Overview
Manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, labor compliance, camp management, and company security coordination.
Support staff and construction site workers across HR, payroll, accommodation, compliance, performance, and development processes.
Human Resources Management
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and systems and oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and staff mobilization.
- Manage employee records, contracts, renewals, resignations, terminations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct performance management processes and support training and development programs.
Payroll and Compensation
- Manage payroll for staff and site workers, including wages, overtime, allowances, deductions, benefits, and salary payments.
- Maintain payroll, attendance, timesheet, benefits, insurance, and end-of-service records for statutory and audit compliance.
Camp Management
- Oversee labor camps and staff accommodations, including transport, hygiene, utilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, inspections, and worker welfare.
