Responsibilities
- Provide HR services from employee joining through contract expiry.
- Manage onboarding and induction for all new hires.
- Support existing HR systems and processes through operational leadership and hands-on work.
- Maintain HR records and administration in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements.
- Manage expatriate employees' full-cycle employment processes and provide occasional relocation support.
- Improve workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance, talent management, and training processes.
- Support other regional teams occasionally.
Requirements
- Experience providing operational HR services across the employee lifecycle.
- Ability to manage onboarding, induction, HR records, and employment administration in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Experience managing expatriate employment processes and providing relocation support.
- Ability to contribute to compensation, benefits, performance, talent management, training, and HR process improvements.
