5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
Retail and/or industrial sector experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including partnership with senior management.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Multi-site or multi-brand organization experience is a plus.
At least 3 years of retail experience is required.
