Job Summary
The employer is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions.
The role covers recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, payroll coordination, staff performance, compliance, and workplace culture.
The position supports a diverse workforce and may involve catering, hospitality, food service, or F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, holidays, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate payroll, salary changes, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
- Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters confidentially.
- Monitor performance and coordinate evaluations.
- Develop training, orientation, and development programs.
- Manage employee welfare requirements such as accommodation, transportation, and uniforms.
- Coordinate visas, work permits, Emirates ID, medical, insurance, and related administration.
- Prepare HR reports, support manpower planning, and promote employee engagement and workplace culture.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor practices is required.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing a diverse workforce are required.
- Experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or F&B is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
