Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records, and HRMS.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and POSH.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Coordinate with payroll and statutory consultants when required.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training, development, and engagement activities.
• Prepare HR, MIS, manpower, and management reports.
• Complete statutory filings, audits, and compliance requirements on time.
• Support management with HR decisions and organizational development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate, MBA, postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, or equivalent qualification.
• 7–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
• Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
