The Mission
Work directly with the founders to manage the employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and policy development.
Help create a framework for converting high-performing interns into full-time employees.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as AI/ML engineers and developers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and professional communities.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with every applicant.
Policy and Operations
- Design the intern-to-full-time graduation process and create conversion scorecards.
- Draft the company handbook, including leave policy, NDA compliance, and code of conduct.
- Create a valued and effective Day 1 onboarding experience for new hires.
Learning and Development
- Coordinate intern learning roadmaps with technical leads.
- Ensure knowledge-transfer sessions are recorded, documented, and accessible.
