Role Overview
This is a six-month part-time HR internship supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and compile HR data and documentation.
- Post job openings, screen applications, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and coordinate introductions for new joiners.
- Manage monthly attendance reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with payroll processing and generate salary slips.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- One year of Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of payroll management is preferred.
Schedule and Duration
- The internship lasts six months.
- The schedule is a fixed shift from Monday to Saturday.
Workplace
- The role is based at the Dadar head office and is performed in person.
