As an HR Services Associate, you will be a key member of the HR Services Hub, responsible for delivering enterprise-wide support across a range of HR inquiries, data changes, and reporting needs. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery by following well-defined processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement. This role involves close collaboration with HR colleagues across regions and functions and may include mentoring or training junior team members.
What you will do
Support global business travel and visa processes, including preparing support letters, advising on travel requirements, and coordinating with third-party vendors
Monitor immigration and business travel cases, maintain case trackers and dashboards, and support compliance activities such as work permit and visa expiry reporting.
Support Global Mobility programs and initiatives by maintaining immigration resources and guidelines, delivering employee orientation and education sessions, and supporting program enhancements.
Collaborate with the Global Mobility Lead to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for employees relocating or traveling internationally
Utilize ServiceNow to manage employee inquiries, resolve Tier 1 cases, and escalate complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts
Respond to Tier 2 inquiries within your area of expertise, providing thoughtful and timely support to employees and managers
Support HR data change processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while driving improvements in workflows and promoting self-service adoption
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Services Hub procedures and guidelines
Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards, metrics, and reports
Perform a variety of HR operational and administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, generating reports, assisting with audits, and publishing HR content
Lead or support special projects and initiatives focused on process improvement, AI driven workflows, self-service, and technology implementation
Partner with regional HR teams to enhance procedures and systems while helping to establish and maintain global standards
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and HR innovation
What we are looking for
3-5 years of global mobility experience, providing support across regions including Asia, Europe, and North America.
2+ years of hands-on experience managing HR operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy and a customer service mindset
