At HIDI, The HR Generalist is a hands-on member of the Human Resources team who supports the day-to-day delivery of HR services across The HIDI Group.
The role has a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience, while also coordinating employee onboarding, HR administration, records, systems, benefits support, performance processes and other employee lifecycle activities.
Working closely with the HR Manager and hiring leaders, the HR Generalist helps ensure recruitment and HR operations are responsive, organized, consistent and aligned with HIDI’s policies and business needs.
