Role overview

Manage and support HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Saudi Arabia.

Focus on employee administration, Saudi government platforms, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, reporting and employee support.

Provide additional recruitment coordination support for consulting and internal support roles.

HR operations

  • Manage records, contracts, employment letters, probation, leave, transfers, promotions, employee movements, onboarding and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, personnel files, HR systems and documentation.
  • Manage employee and company information across Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad/WPS, HRSD, Absher Business and Ajeer.
  • Manage Iqama, work permits, visas, exit and re-entry requirements, renewals and transfers for expatriate employees.
  • Support GOSI, Mudad/WPS, Saudization/Nitaqat and other statutory requirements.
  • Monitor Saudi Labor Law, HRSD, government and localization rule changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity for employee information and sensitive HR matters.

Employee support and coordination

  • Act as a key contact for policies, benefits, leave, contracts, documentation, payroll queries and HR processes.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Payroll, IT, Staffing, Talent Management, Leadership, PRO teams and authorities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including system updates, government requirements, access, clearance and final settlement.
  • Support recruitment through candidate coordination, interview scheduling, offer preparation, tracking and onboarding transition.
  • Maintain reporting on headcount, recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, turnover, compliance and outstanding actions.
  • Support HR audits, compliance reviews, policy initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment and HR operations.
  • Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation and HR operations.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in consulting, professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP or another HR information system is advantageous.
  • A professional HR qualification such as CIPD is preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems or employee management platforms is preferred.
