- Manage the recruitment and hiring process
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance
- Support payroll preparation and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Coordinate training and employee development programs
- Manage HR systems and maintain accurate reports

Requirements
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Fluent in Arabic with good English communication
- Experience in retail or wholesale preferred

- HR certification is a plus
