About Kazuko

  • Kazuko is a fast growing retail and wholesale brand specializing in Japanese, Korean, anime, and kawaii lifestyle products.
  • We operate multiple branches across Saudi Arabia and are looking for an HR professional to help build and strengthen our people operations.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated Saudi HR Generalist to manage day to day HR operations, support recruitment, ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, and help create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance.
  • Support payroll preparation and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Coordinate training and employee development programs.
  • Manage HR systems and maintain accurate reports.
  • Support Saudization and government platform requirements (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).

Requirements

  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 4 years of HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Experience with HR systems or ERP software is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic with good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or wholesale companies.
  • Knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and HRDF.
  • HR certification is a plus.
