About the Role
JIGPC is seeking an HR Generalist to administer Performance Management, Goal Management, and Compensation & Benefits processes. The role includes managing performance cycles, executing compensation activities, developing HR reports, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end performance cycle (goal setting, reviews, year end evaluations)
- Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Execute annual compensation activities including merit increases, bonus reviews, salary changes
- Validate compensation data and ensure accuracy
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analysis
- Ensure data accuracy for management reporting
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR cycles
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Prepare and deliver training materials on HR processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD / SHRM certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong confidentiality and data handling awareness
- Familiarity with HR annual cycles and compliance standards

Job Purpose
- To administer and execute Performance Management, Goal Management and Compensation & Benefits processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high levels of employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end performance cycle (goal setting, reviews, year end evaluations)
- Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
- CIPD / SHRM certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
