HR Generalist

A company operating in the facilities management, operations, and maintenance sector in Jeddah is looking for a qualified candidate to join its Human Resources team.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Prepare and maintain employee contracts, personnel files, and HR records.

Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related variables.

Support payroll preparation and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate monthly processing.

Manage employee transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.

Follow up on Iqama renewals, work permits, visas, sponsorship transfers, and exit/re-entry processes.

Manage medical insurance additions, deletions, renewals, and employee inquiries.

Handle employee relations matters, complaints, disciplinary procedures, and HR-related inquiries.

Process resignations, terminations, final settlements, and end-of-service benefits.

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HRIS and employee data.

Coordinate employee accommodation, transportation, and other workforce-related requirements when needed.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government HR platforms.

Hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, and Employee Relations.

Good command of Microsoft Excel and HR systems.

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia only.

Valid Iqama with at least 3 months remaining validity.

Transferable Iqama is mandatory.

Preferably based in Jeddah and available to join within a short notice period.
