Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and people oriented HR Generalist with strong core experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, along with working knowledge of other HR functions.
  • This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong foundation in recruiting and is looking to expand their exposure across the full HR lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end to end recruitment process for various roles across departments
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Generalist Functions

  • Support employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Basic understanding of core HR functions and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is an advantage
