Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment process for various roles across departments
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment/talent acquisition
- Basic understanding of core HR functions and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and people oriented HR Generalist with strong core experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, along with working knowledge of other HR functions.
- This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong foundation in recruiting and is looking to expand their exposure across the full HR lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
