Role Overview
The HR Generalist will support recruitment, onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy adherence.
The role will build relationships with company managers to help address their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding efforts.
- Oversee the employee termination process.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities.
- Build strong relationships with company managers to support their human resource needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- 1–3 years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- CIPD Certificate is preferable.
