This is a part-time, remote HR Generalist role supporting the full range of human resources activities for Humana Paraguay.

The role covers day-to-day HR operations, policy application, compliance, employee support, process improvement, and engagement initiatives.

Administer employee benefits and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and manage day-to-day HR operations.
Interpret and apply HR policies and support managers with employee relations issues.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and contribute to HR projects.
Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being.
