Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare warning letters, termination documents, and other HR correspondence.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and staff records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Conduct employee orientation and support training initiatives.
  • Handle all PRO related matters, including employment visas, labour permits, Emirates ID processing, medical appointments, visa renewals, labour card cancellations, and other government transactions.
  • Liaise with government authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and official documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
  • Experience handling PRO duties and UAE government portals.
  • Strong personality with excellent leadership and decision making skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
