Responsibilities
- Support end to end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation in line with UAE labour law
- Maintain accurate employee records, leave balances, and attendance tracking
- Assist with HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with MOHRE requirements
- Coordinate day to day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the workplace
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence, directing them appropriately
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling, courier/mail handling, and office supplies
- Support management with general administrative and coordination tasks as required
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (HR, administration, or office coordination background preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Well organized, presentable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of UAE labour law is an advantage but not mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
