Role Overview
HR Executive role focused on training administration and learning and development operations.
The position supports high-volume, pan-India training activities across multiple Bosch entities and plants.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end learning and development administration.
- Coordinate training and administer training programs.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple Bosch entities and plants.
- Administer and update TrainM daily.
- Manage data reporting, analytics, and governance.
- Manage vendors and participants.
- Support high-volume, pan-India training operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Requires 3–4 years of experience in training administration.
- Requires any graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- Mandatory skills include training administration, working knowledge of LSM, event management, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills
- MS Office and good communication skills are preferred.
