Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Executive / Senior HR** to support our Human Resources function across a wide range of areas.
This role covers full HR generalist responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Process payroll accurately through **PayTrax** (attendance, leave management, reporting).
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Prepare and process HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, transfer letters, and NOCs.
- Coordinate with PROs/typing centers for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, medicals, and other government-related procedures.
- Handle employee medical insurance (group & individual) and Workers’ Compensation (WC).
- Maintain and update HR software and databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and prepare HR reports.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and welfare activities.
- Handle domestic worker recruitment in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Provide administrative and operational HR support to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in **PayTrax** and MS Office applications.
- Experience in employment contracts, visa processing, medical insurance, and government-related transactions.
- Prior experience in domestic worker recruitment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
