Job Description
Provide HR operational and administrative support to HR Manager
Manage employee lifecycle, documentation, and HR records
Update new hires and maintain employee data in Hazir
Upload and manage documents (Passport, Emirates ID, Labor Contract, Offer Letter)
Maintain passport custody and master records
Coordinate with PRO on visa processing (Entry Permit to Emirates ID)
Track visa status, medical, fingerprint, and stamping updates
Maintain visa tracker and reconcile visa-related expenses
Prepare HR documents (Offer Letters, NOC, Warning Letters, Salary Certificates)
Handle employee queries and escalate when required
Manage onboarding, interview coordination, and exit formalities
Deactivate employees and attendance in system (Hazir)
Prepare HR reports (headcount, joiners, leavers, visa status)
Maintain employee files and ensure document compliance
Support audits and follow up on pending HR and visa tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
2–4 years UAE HR experience (construction preferred)
Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Salary: AED 4,000 – 7,000
