- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and labor related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance tracking
- Support training, employee engagement, and HR administrative activities
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support in ISO documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or printing industry
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and payroll processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
