Responsibilities
- Manage end to end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and maintaining accurate HR records
- Support employee relations, implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate recruitment activities, such as sourcing candidates, managing interview processes, and supporting hiring decisions for community and internal roles
- Collaborate with leadership to improve HR practices, support organizational culture, and contribute to a positive, inclusive experience for team members and community stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong Human Resources (HR) foundation, including understanding of HR Management and core HR principles
- Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR systems, and process optimization
- Ability to manage Employee Relations with professionalism, confidentiality, and an inclusive, solutions focused approach
- Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in remote and distributed teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in tech or startup environments is highly beneficial
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
