Role Description
- This full time remote role combines responsibilities of HR Executive, HR Coordinator, and Recruiter to support the end to end human resources function.
- The role involves managing recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Daily tasks include maintaining HR records, assisting with HR operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating HR communications.
- The position also contributes to implementing HR policies, addressing routine employee queries, and collaborating with leadership to support a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR reporting, and process coordination.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in HRIS tools and basic office software.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is preferred; exposure to real estate or related sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
