About the Role
A well-established company in Dubai is seeking a hands-on HR Executive Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.
The role requires UAE HR experience, knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and practical exposure to HRMS, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Compensation and Employment
- Salary is AED 7,000–9,000 per month.
- The position is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate visas, medical insurance, Emirates ID, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee queries and day-to-day employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with UAE Labour Law.
- Track probation periods, confirmations, and performance reviews.
- Prepare employment letters, NOCs, salary certificates, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate resignations, terminations, clearances, and final settlements.
- Prepare HR reports and support ongoing HR initiatives.
