Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate hiring manager interviews and selection activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support bulk hiring campaigns and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate pre-joining activities and onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an advantage.
Experience
3 to 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Strong exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure, BIM, GIS, digital construction, or technical recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment is highly preferred.
Candidates with proven experience in APAC recruitment are preferred, including end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region. Experience managing cross-border hiring, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets will be an advantage.
