Role Summary

  • Manage full HR operations for Dubai office as per UAE Labour Law 2022. You’ll handle recruitment, PRO work, WPS payroll, visa/immigration, and employee relations for 10+ nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • UAE Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs on LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Dubizzle, Indeed etc. Conduct interviews, background checks, offer letters as per MOHRE format. MOHRE e contract typing, e sign, labour card issuance. Onboarding + induction, ID card, laptop/assets handover.
  • Visa, Immigration & PRO: Employment visa, residence visa, medical, Emirates ID process via ICP. Visa cancellation, status change, labour contract termination on MOHRE. GDRFA, Tas’heel, Amer typing center coordination. Passport/visa file management. Track visa expiry dates.
  • Payroll & WPS Compliance: Maintain attendance, leaves, overtime in HRMS. Prepare WPS salary file monthly. Coordinate with bank for WPS upload. Calculate EOSB, gratuity as per UAE Labour Law Article 51. Salary certificates, bank letters for employees.
  • UAE Labour Law Compliance: Maintain personnel files as per MOHRE requirements. Handle warnings, terminations, limited/unlimited contract rules. Manage annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, maternity leave. Update HR policies as per UAE Labour Law 2022 amendments.
  • Employee Relations: Employee grievances, exit interviews, clearance process. Health insurance, renewals, visa file, government typing. Plan staff events: Iftar, UAE National Day, team activities etc.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. MBA HR preferred
  • Experience: 1 2 years UAE HR/PRO experience mandatory. MOHRE, GDRFA, WPS portal knowledge must
  • Skills: English fluency. HRMS, MS Excel expert
  • Knowledge: UAE Labour Law 2022, WPS, Gratuity calculation, Health insurance rules
  • Traits: Confidential, deadline driven, can deal with government departments
