HR Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and proper documentation
• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks with a high level of confidentiality
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and internal communication
• Address employee concerns and grievances professionally, escalating when necessary
• Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and time-off requests
• Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data in internal systems
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processes with PRO
• Ensure timely submission of all government-related documentation
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance across all departments
• Support implementation of HR policies in line with UAE labor laws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
