Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with hands-on UAE experience to manage recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations within the F&B/Hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation formalities
- Maintain and update employee records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Process visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Manage medical insurance additions and deletions
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
- Maintain HR data using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with petty cash management (added advantage)
