HR Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for technical and non-technical positions from sourcing through onboarding.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including attendance, leave, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
• Manage performance reviews, KPI/KRA, probation, engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
• Develop HR policies, processes, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain labour law compliance and required HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports covering recruitment metrics, headcount, attrition, attendance, and performance.
• Partner with management and department heads on manpower planning, development, and HR strategy.
• Support training, employer branding, process improvement, and employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, KPI/KRA, and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRMS, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in technical hiring and managing HR functions for IT or product teams is an added advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person and the role is described as work from office.
