Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong experience in manpower execution, recruitment, mobilization, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, mobilization, and deployment.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Coordinate visa, medical, Emirates ID, insurance, and other employee-related activities.
- Coordinate with project and site teams regarding manpower requirements and replacements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee grievances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
- 4–6 years of UAE HR experience.
- Experience in construction, MEP, or contracting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manpower execution and HR operations.
- Good communication and MS Office or Excel skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 6,000 per month.
